The precision of the carving, the flawless  drum-heads, and the skillful weaving of the ropes, all culminate to create the finest sounds you will ever hear from some of the most beautiful drums out of Africa.

Our drums come with built-in shoulder straps and are relatively light-weight, and durable, making them ideal for use in drum circles, as starter drums, gifts and even as cultural decor.

At DjembeWorks we partner directly with over 35 producers in Ghana to ensure high production standards and fair trade. The result is that we enrich their skill, communities, inspiration and business practices.

Each drum is thoughtfully shipped with a card included, detailing the production process and and the roles of some of the producers we work with. Additionally, we offer a complimentary service for your drums to be personalized with an engraved textured brass name tag on the ropes.
